My brother has his CDL license. He failed a random drug test that he swore up and down was false. He lost that job 2 years ago. A new employer was interested in hiring him for a trucking job, they gave him the drug test and he passed, and everything was almost in the clear, until their HR called his last company and now they say they cant give him the new job because he failed his drug test 2 years ago (even though, its clean now).. Does anyone have any advice? I feel very badly for him and he is quite upset. Thank you, Rachel
